Do you offer 24–48 hour delivery everywhere?
Not in every area.
Our 24–48 hour delivery option is available only for customers located within a qualifying local delivery radius. Availability depends on your delivery address, scheduling, and current order volume.
If your address falls outside of that area, your order will still ship free — it may just take a bit longer to arrive.
Do you offer old mattress removal?
Yes — we offer old mattress removal as an optional add-on service.
Normally this service is $79, but when you purchase a mattress from us, the removal fee is $49.
This is a paid service and must be selected or arranged in advance.
What are the requirements for old mattress removal?
To be eligible for removal, your old mattress must be:
- Dry
- Free of infestations
- In acceptable condition for removal
This helps us protect our team, avoid delivery issues, and make expectations clear ahead of time.
